Organizational Environmental Culture, Environmental Sustainability and Performance: The Mediating Role of Green HRM and Green Innovation

This study investigated Environmental Sustainability (ES) and Performance (EP) through the direct indirect use of Organizational Culture (OEC). focused on top managers, namely, CEOs directors SMEs, along with their middle managers. In this study, researchers employed green HRM Green Innovation (GI) as mediators. We applied a quantitative approach that utilized cross-sectional data collected from Saudi Arabian Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). used survey questionnaire convenience sampling technique succeeded in obtaining replies 236 respondents. By using Structural Equation Model (SEM), study’s findings demonstrate OEC has positive significant effect GI. support development policies promote ES EP environmental practices. Further, GI are predictors EP. also show have mediating developing associations between Ultimately, make contribution to depth empirical evidence about SMEs context Arabia.
